Event Bartending Services
Salt & Stone Mobile Bartending provides professional bar service for weddings and private events throughout Mount Desert Island and coastal Maine. We bring experienced hospitality, organized planning support, and polished service so you can focus on celebrating.
All services require a 4-hour minimum.
In accordance with Maine regulations, clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol for their event. This approach allows you to maintain full control over your selections while often saving significantly compared to traditional caterer or venue markups. Every booking includes a customized alcohol ordering guide tailored to your guest count, service package, and beverage preferences. You’ll receive a detailed PDF outlining recommended quantities, breakdowns by category, and guidance to help you purchase confidently and efficiently.
Beer + Wine Service
$200 per hour, per bartender
4-hour minimum
Events with more than 75 guests require two bartenders.

Beer + Wine + Cocktail Service
$250 per hour, per bartender

Includes everything in Beer & Wine Service, plus:
Standard mixers (juices, soda, tonic, etc.)
Fresh garnishes (citrus, herbs, etc.)
Cocktail straws
Preparation of up to two custom curated cocktails
Perfect for weddings and celebrations seeking a refined, personalized bar experience.
Portable Bar Add-On
$200 per hour
4-hour minimum

Enhance your event with our professional portable bar setup, creating a designated, visually polished focal point for service. The portable bar provides improved guest flow, organized presentation, and a seamless event aesthetic — whether your celebration is outdoors, tented, or hosted at a private venue.
The portable bar includes built-in ice storage, organized bar top workspace, and integrated service setup. All standard service inclusions (ice bins, tools, etc.) remain part of your bartending package.
Portable bar rental must be booked in conjunction with a bartending service package.

Gratuity can be included in your contract so no tip jar is displayed at the bar. This ensures a seamless guest experience while fully compensating your bartending team.

Infused water upgrade available for +$100 (up to two flavors; examples include cucumber mint lime and blueberry lemon basil).
